Rahul Gandhi is scheduled to arrive at Amritsar airport at 9:30 AM, based on the information provided. He will head straight from the airport to the Ramdas neighbourhood, where he will speak with the impacted families and hear about their issues.

It is thought that he will also meet with local residents and representatives of Congress. Following this, he will meet with and hear the issues of the Gurdaspur flood victims. Raja Warring, the president of the Punjab Congress, provided this information.
It is important to note that Gurdaspur and Amritsar have been experiencing flooding for the past few days. Floods have caused significant damage in this area, and those affected are turning to the government for assistance.
