Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal has been in the news lately—not for his game, but for his personal life. After his divorce from Dhanashree Verma, fans have been curious about his relationship status. The rumours grew stronger when he was seen with Instagram influencer and radio jockey, RJ Mahvash, during the ICC Champions Trophy final.
However, Mahvash has clearly denied all the dating rumours. Speaking on a podcast, she said she is currently single and doesn’t believe in casual relationships. “I don’t date just for fun. I would only date someone if I see marriage as a future with them,” she said.
Mahvash also revealed that she was once engaged at the age of 19, but broke it off at 21. “In a small town like Aligarh, we were brought up to think that marriage is the ultimate goal. But I’ve realised that I don’t fully understand the concept of marriage now, so I’ve stepped away from it,” she explained.
She added, “I’m like that person from Dhoom who imagines a wife and kids behind the bike. But unless I feel that way, I won’t date anyone.”
With her honest take on relationships and marriage, Mahvash put an end to all the speculation, confirming that she and Chahal are not dating.
