Woman’s Body Found in a Sack in Ludhiana: Lying by the Roadside, Police Called When a Hand Was Visible.
The discovery of a woman’s body close to the Alamgir Bypass in the Dugri neighborhood of Ludhiana caused a sensation. Locals noticed an unusually heavy-looking sack at the side of the road on Tuesday morning. They were startled as they approached to look into the matter and told the village chief, or Sarpanch, about it.
When the Sarpanch reached the location, he reported seeing a human-like hand protruding from the sack. The police station in Dugri was notified right away. When police came, the sack was opened, and a woman’s body was found inside.
Police Worked to Identify the Female
The body has been taken into custody by the police and is being sent to the Civil Hospital for a post-mortem. The identity of the deceased woman is yet unknown. The woman is thought to be between thirty and thirty-five years old. According to the police’s first assessment, the body was likely dumped there at night.
Around 6:30 AM, some people called Sanjeev Tiwari, the local Sarpanch, to report that a sack was lying close to the bypass. The situation seemed strange when he got there, so he called the police right away. Police are looking into the matter.
The authorities are currently looking through nearby CCTV footage in an attempt to identify the woman. According to the police, they got a call at around ten in the morning, arrived on the scene right away, and started their investigation.
