The Punjabi government of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will soon meet as a cabinet. The CM’s Chandigarh home will host the gathering at 12 p.m. During the meeting for the Vidhan Sabha session, which is scheduled for September 26–29, a plan will be developed. In order to make up for the harm inflicted by the floods, the government will also adopt plans for additional regulations.

A compensation of 20,000 rupees per acre was given for farmers who experienced crop damage. Along with nine other significant choices, such as the “Jiski Khet Uski Ret” (Whose farm, his sand) plan and a forgiveness of debt instalments from cooperative societies, 4–4 lakh rupees in aid were announced for the relatives of the deceased.

Following this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced 1,600 crore rupees in help for Punjab while on a trip to the state.
