Mandi Gobindgarh, November 18:

The District Police, under the command of SSP Shubham Aggarwal, carried out a checking drive today as part of the Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) as part of the “War Against Drugs” campaign.

SSP Shubham Aggarwal, who is personally leading this checking campaign in the Dheha Basti of Mandi Gobindgarh, said that the Punjab Police is strictly clamping down on drug smugglers in order to eradicate drugs from society, as directed by the Punjab Government under Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann.

According to Mr. Aggarwal, the goal of the CASO campaign is to convey to drug traffickers that no one would be spared if this illicit drug trade is not stopped immediately.

According to SSP Shubham Aggarwal, everyone can see the benefits of the District Police’s decisive battle against drug smugglers. He stated that the general public is satisfied with the performance of the police administration because more than ten properties constructed with drug-related black money have already been destroyed by a bulldozer.

During the checking process, the SSP sent a strong message to the people of Dheha Basti, saying that anyone involved in the illegal drug trade would be imprisoned and that the Punjab Police would do everything in their power to help anyone who wanted to stop using narcotics. He continued by saying that the police are doing everything in their power to enable each of these individuals to work for themselves depending on their abilities and social standing.

According to SSP Shubham Aggarwal, the CASO campaign was conducted today in addition to Mandi Gobindgarh, and checking procedures were put in place at a number of additional questionable places, such as Fatehgarh Sahib and Khamano.
