ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ Bhagwant Mann will lead a group of ministers to make sure all events are held smoothly for the 350th martyrdom day of Guru Teg Bahadur, the ninth Sikh Guru.
The decision was made during a meeting held at the ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ’s official residence on Wednesday. CM Mann said that Guru Teg Bahadur’s sacrifice was a symbol of the fight against tyranny and oppression, and that he gave his life to protect freedom of religion and human values.
The ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ added that the state ਸਰਕਾਰ is committed to organising a series of events across ਪੰਜਾਬ to mark this important occasion in a grand and respectful way.
