Punjab Police have busted a terror module near Amritsar that was linked to Pakistan’s ISI and Babbar Khalsa International, a banned group. They arrested three people, including a 17-year-old boy, who were planning bomb blasts and targeted killings. Weapons and explosives were recovered from them. Police said the youth were radicalized online and were in touch with handlers in Pakistan. The move has averted potential major attacks.
