The Minimum Support Price (MSP) for wheat has been declared by the Central ਸਰਕਾਰ. According to the Modi administration, it was a Diwali present for the farmers. The head of ਪੰਜਾਬ’s Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee (KMSC), Sarwan Singh Pandher, responded by scolding the Central ਸਰਕਾਰ in a video.
Pandher claimed in the video that the Central ਸਰਕਾਰ is using the MSP increase as a Diwali gift to promote it.

In the video, Pandher claimed that the Central ਸਰਕਾਰ was using the MSP increase as a Diwali gift to promote it. The claims made by the ਸਰਕਾਰ that it has raised it by 100 percent are utterly untrue propaganda. The MSP hasn’t even been raised by 6.5 percent, much less 100 percent, in practice.
