Punjab Congress leader Pratap Singh Bajwa will be visiting Australia from July 24 to August 4. During this trip, he will meet members of the Punjabi community and NRIs in cities like Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Melbourne.
The exact locations of his visits have not been shared due to security reasons. Bajwa has asked the Punjabi community in Australia to directly contact him if they wish to meet. A contact number has been provided for more details.
Earlier, from May 31 to June 5, Bajwa visited the United States. During this US tour, he focused on strengthening the Punjab chapter of the Indian Overseas Congress. He also attended meet and greet events with NRIs and met Indian community members.
Bajwa stayed at a well-known Manhattan hotel owned by NRI businessman Sant Singh Chatwal, who is also a friend of former US President Bill Clinton. Bajwa said his goal is to uplift the spirit of the Punjabi community abroad.
