Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said that those responsible for the Pahalgam terror attack would definitely get justice. He promised the harshest punishment for the terrorists and conspirators involved in the killing of 26 civilians.
Speaking in his monthly “Mann Ki Baat” radio program, the Prime Minister said that every Indian’s blood is boiling after seeing the pictures of the attack. He added that people across the country, no matter their region or language, share the victims’ pain and anger.
Modi stressed that the unity of 140 crore Indians is the country’s biggest strength in the fight against terrorism. He said India’s enemies could not tolerate the peace and progress returning to Kashmir, and therefore planned a major terror conspiracy to destabilize the region.
“Terrorists and their masters want Kashmir to suffer again, which is why they created such a big plot,” he said.
