Child Commission Chairman Met with SSP, Said, ‘Investigation Complete; Now Action Will Be Taken.’
Kanwardeep Singh, the chairman of the Child Commission Chandigarh, spoke to the media on Friday about the SHO Bhushan issue. Following his meeting with SSP Harwinder Virk, he declared that SHO Bhushan Kumar would be taken into custody in connection with the child sexual harassment case.
According to the Commission Chairman, all of the investigations into Bhushan Kumar are over. There will now be no more time to take action against him.
Additionally, he stated that the inquiry carried out in this case demonstrated the veracity of the allegations of sexual harassment against the SHO.
SSP Harwinder Virk met with Kanwardeep Singh, the chairman of the Child Commission Chandigarh, to discuss the SHO Bhushan case.
In the event of child sexual harassment, he said, SHO Bhushan Kumar will be taken into custody.
According to the Commission Chairman, there would be no more time to take action against Bhushan Kumar because all investigations into him have been finished.
He added that the police had used all pertinent sections against the SHO and that the inquiry verified the veracity of the sexual harassment allegations against the SHO.
