Patient’s Death Due to Alleged Negligence at Mohali Private Hospital Reaches Punjab and Haryana High Court.
The deceased patient’s family has filed an appeal with the court, claiming that their father was hospitalized for a knee surgery. However, his oxygen levels decreased as a result of improper postoperative care, and he died as a result.
In this regard, the son of the deceased has petitioned the High Court for justice. The Mohali administration responded by telling the court that a four-person committee had been formed and that it would take a month to finish its inquiry. The Mohali administration will then present its report at the next hearing on December 17.
