Overwhelming Response to CM’s Yogshala Classes in Chanarthal Khurd
In the Fatehgarh Sahib area, people taking part in the free yoga lessons offered by the CM’s Yogshala project are seeing alleviation from a variety of illnesses. Kulwinder Kaur is teaching the villagers yoga asanas (postures) at the yoga session in Chanarthal Khurd hamlet, and they are seeing notable improvements in their physical and mental well-being.
According to Kulwinder Kaur, the increased use of mobile phones has made mental stress more prevalent in the modern era. Through the asanas, participants in the yoga class are experiencing an improvement in their ability to concentrate and are overcoming their addiction to mobile devices. According to her, practicing peace of mind improves mental and physical vitality, fosters a closer bond with the body, and has helped many people lose weight.
Participant Manpreet Kaur said that regular practice of yoga has helped her control her blood pressure (BP) and that it has also helped her lose weight. Her lifestyle has improved as a result of the yoga courses, and she feels lighter physically.
In a similar vein, Jaswinder Kaur, another trainee, stated that she had been dealing with a thyroid issue for a few years and that doing yoga had helped. According to District Coordinator Ramanjeet Kaur, residents who want to establish a Yogshala in their community can organize a group of 25 people and make a missed call on the toll-free number 76694-00500, or they can register by visiting
