Our biggest enemy is dependence on other countries: PM Modi
According to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the world’s most populous nation needs to become self-sufficient for the sake of world peace, stability, and prosperity. “We will lose our self-respect if we continue to rely on others,” he added. We cannot let others decide the fate of our 1.4 billion compatriots. Dependency on others cannot be the solution to the nation’s progress. Future generations’ futures cannot be jeopardized. Having an independent India is the only remedy for a hundred problems.
“India is progressing today with the spirit of being a ‘global brother’ (Vishwabandhu,” he continued. There are no significant adversaries in the world. Our reliance on other nations is our greatest enemy. This is our greatest adversary, and we must work together to vanquish this enemy of India—the enemy of reliance. We have to say this again and again. The country’s failure increases with its level of foreign dependence.
