Two significant highway projects by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) — the IT City-Kurali Bypass Corridor and the Bharatmala project — are set to enhance connectivity to the Motia Dwarka Riverfront, a new residential plotting project by Motia Builders Group.
The IT City-Kurali Bypass Corridor, which is slated to be operational by June 30, will provide an alternative route to reduce congestion on the Mohali International Airport road. This Greenfield project will connect Chandigarh-Kurali Road to IT City Chowk in Mohali, significantly improving access to the Motia Dwarka Riverfront.
Motia Builders Group, known for offering premium housing solutions, has designed residential plots ranging from 100 to 150 square yards in their latest venture. The development will feature a variety of amenities, including shopping facilities, anchor stores, restaurants, healthcare stores, and retail outlets. Sports facilities such as badminton and basketball courts, a playground, and yoga and meditation centres will also be available within the community.
The project is strategically located near essential services and attractions, including a Civil hospital, bus stand, railway station, schools like DAV and Brookfield International, VR Punjab Mall, PGI Chandigarh, Mohali International Airport, the Bharatmala Expressway, and the International Cricket Stadium, making it an ideal location for residents.
