Murder of Kabaddi Player in Ludhiana: Orchestrated by the Lawrence Gang: They said, “He was a helper to our enemies; we will shoot such people in the chest.”


The infamous mobster Lawrence was responsible for the assassination of Kabaddi player Gurvinder Singh in Samrala, Ludhiana, Punjab. The day following the incident, the Lawrence Gang claimed responsibility for the murder. On social media, the group posted about it.

According to the post:

“This individual was aiding our adversaries. Additionally, a warning was given that anyone who backs our adversaries should withdraw; if not, we know how to get rid of them.”

Gurvinder, a kabaddi player, lived in the village of Manki. Gurvinder and his associate Dharampal were shot at randomly by bikers as they approached. Dharampal was shot, and Gurvinder perished.

According to the authorities, personal animosity was the reason behind the murder. Sandeep Singh, Teji (who lives in Sarai, Khanna), Karan (who lives in Madhupur), and Simmi (who lives in Baliyon) are the accused, according to the police. But as of yet, no one has been arrested.

The Kabaddi player’s final ceremonies have not yet been carried out by the family. They claim that until the murderers are captured, they will not carry out the final rites.
