Missing Person Found at Fazilka Border After Two Years: BSF Apprehended Him on Suspicion, Son Says—”We Had Lost Hope.”

A person was detained by the Border Security Force (BSF) in the Fazilka district near the India-Pakistan border under dubious circumstances. After an investigation, it was found that the individual was from Uttar Pradesh and had been missing for two years. He has since been turned over to his family by the BSF. According to the BSF’s first inquiry, the individual had inadvertently ventured into the border area, and his mental state was unstable.

On Dhanteras Day, I was absent.
Amar Yadav, a resident of Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh, has been identified as the missing individual. According to his son Vishal Yadav, his father had left the house on the day of Dhanteras two years prior, claiming to be heading to the market, but he never came back. After two years, the family had given up on locating him despite searching the entire state and even posting posters for missing persons.

The Joy of Family Members Knew No Limits
Through a video chat, BSF officers displayed his father’s face, which Vishal recognized right away. Vishal’s joy at seeing his father was unbounded, and when they arrived in Fazilka, tears filled his and his family members’ eyes. The BSF and the Police were thanked by the family.

Experienced Trauma Because of Land Invasion
According to Adarsh Yadav, Vishal’s cousin, Amar Yadav used to work at a Mumbai loom. Following his return home, he experienced stress and lost his mental equilibrium after an acre of his land was encroached upon. He vanished two years ago for this reason.

Family Members Say They “Cannot Forget the Favour of BSF”
The BSF had captured the individual and turned him over to them, according to police official Ram Prakash. The results of the study showed that the individual lacked mental stability. After that, he was turned over to his relatives.

In this case, the BSF’s ‘G’ Branch of the 19th Battalion was instrumental. The ‘G’ Branch located the individual’s residence and got in touch with his family after conducting an inquiry. A son was reunited with his father thanks to the BSF’s efforts. The family conveyed their appreciation to the BSF, saying they will always remember their kindness.
