In response to the deadly Pahalgam massacre, ਭਾਰਤ carried out a precision military operation called ‘Operation Sindoor’ early Wednesday. The Indian forces struck terrorist camps deep inside Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). The action was seen as a strong but careful response by the Indian ਸਰਕਾਰ.
After the operation, “Jai Hind” started trending on social media. Many political leaders, including Defence ਮੰਤਰੀ Rajnath Singh, UP ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ Yogi Adityanath, and Union ਮੰਤਰੀ Kiren Rijiju, praised the Indian Army and posted patriotic messages on X (formerly Twitter).
Leaders from other states and political parties—like Rahul Gandhi, Shashi Tharoor, and Priyanka Chaturvedi—also supported the move and thanked the Army.
Several Bollywood celebrities such as Akshay Kumar, Anupam Kher, and Riteish Deshmukh shared emotional posts, saluting the Armed Forces.
Across the country, citizens expressed pride in ਭਾਰਤ’s military through hashtags like #OperationSindoor and messages like “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “Jai Hind”. Social media was filled with patriotic posts and support for the Indian Army.
