Harpal Cheema Calls Captain Amarinder an ‘Agent of BJP,’ Levels Several Other Serious Allegations.
ਅੱਜ, ਪੰਜਾਬ Finance ਮੰਤਰੀ Harpal Cheema responded strongly to Captain Amarinder Singh’s remarks about the Akali-BJP alliance, taking aim at the current BJP leader and former ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ. According to Cheema, Captain Amarinder has consistently fought ਪੰਜਾਬ’s religious freedom and is a master at defection, or changing parties.
Cheema’s main charge was that Captain Amarinder maintained his affiliation with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and operated as an agent for the BJP while he was a member of the Congress and ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ. Additionally, according to Cheema, the two parties that have ruled ਪੰਜਾਬ thus far have only served to destroy the state.
Captain Amarinder even started his own party, but it was a complete failure, according to Harpal Cheema. He is using different strategies this time as well, but he won’t be successful.
