Gangster Rubal Sardar was arrested from Amritsar airport. He was trying to flee abroad. However, according to the Delhi ਪੁਲਿਸ Special Cell, a look out circular (LOC) was already issued against Rubal Sardar before he could board the flight. He is associated with the notorious Hashim gang. He was taken into custody during immigration checks at the request of the Delhi ਪੁਲਿਸ.
