Devastating Fire at Ludhiana Vegetable Market: Flames Visible for Kilometers, Cylinder Explodes, One Truck Burnt.
Around 2:15 PM on Tuesday, a violent fire broke out in plastic boxes at the vegetable market in Ludhiana. Numerous explosions followed the fire, and many vegetable dealers suffered significant losses. The fire quickly grew enormous, and the flames could be seen high in the sky.
There was a smoke plume that stretched for several kilometers. One truck caught fire during this incident as well. Fruit shed number 30 was the scene of the fire. The vegetable market’s vendors were in disarray as a result of the incident. Individuals who had come to the market to purchase items began to run erratically. The fire department was notified right away as the situation grew worse.

When two or three fire department cars arrived on the scene, they began putting out the fire. The vegetable market owners worked hard to contain the fire even before the firefighters showed up.
“Suddenly the sparks of fire flared up,” stated Kuldeep, the shopkeeper. “Hurry up and come!” someone called. A fire has broken out. We were able to salvage our possessions somehow. Additionally, one car has been set on fire. The stalls of two or three fruit merchants have been set on fire. The fire has also caused some cylinders to explode.
