Three main demands have been made of the cyber cell by the victim:
First Demand: If Binance and LBank have been formally contacted, the police must clarify. In their responses, the businesses said they would only act if a Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) made a formal request.
Second Demand: The police should promptly freeze the suspicious accounts and submit an LEA request. According to the victim, bitcoin transfers move swiftly between wallets, and if anything is not done right away, the money will be moved again and recovery will be impossible.
Third Demand: The victim has urged the cyber cell to act right away, stating that receiving his money back is his last resort. “A cryptocurrency transaction that is delayed means the entire amount is lost,” he said unequivocally.
