Body of a Young Man Found in a Drain in Ludhiana: ਪੁਲਿਸ Say It Floated In, Deceased Unidentified; Atmosphere of Fear in the Area.
The sight of a young man’s body floating in the Budha Nala (Old Drain) on Sunday morning caused a stir in the Shiv Puri neighborhood of Ludhiana. Fear pervaded the scene as a crowd gathered to witness the incident.
The ਪੁਲਿਸ were notified right away by everyone in attendance. The ਪੁਲਿਸ from Division Number 4 and the PCR (ਪੁਲਿਸ Control Room) arrived at the location shortly after. The body drifted in down the drain, according to the preliminary investigation. As of right now, the youth’s identity is unknown.

The body seemed old, according to the authorities, although it’s unclear how long it had been in the water. The body has been taken into custody and sent for a post-mortem by the ਪੁਲਿਸ. The identification of the deceased will be completed within the next 72 hours, according to the ਪੁਲਿਸ.

In order to determine where the body floated in from, the authorities are currently reviewing the footage from nearby CCTV cameras. The ਪੁਲਿਸ have urged ਲੋਕ to get in touch with ਪੁਲਿਸ Station Division Number Four if a family member or known individual has been missing for a few days.
