Amritsar Rural Police have successfully broken a major international smuggling network linked to Pakistan’s spy agency ISI. The gang was bringing weapons and drug money into India and had strong ties with gangsters and terrorists.
Police arrested five key people in this operation. They found several dangerous weapons, bullets, mobile phones and cash during the raid. The weapons were supposed to be delivered to the group of gangster Jaggu Bhagwanpuria.
Items recovered from the accused include:
1 AK Saiga 308 assault rifle with 2 magazines
2 Glock 9mm pistols with 4 magazines
90 bullets for the AK rifle
10 bullets for the pistols
