Actress Tania’s Emotional Post on the Attack on Her Father Journey from ICU to studio described, prayers sought for health; had been injured in firing.


Punjabi film actress Tania recently shared her feelings following the attack on her father, Dr Anil Jeet Singh Kamboj. Dr Kamboj was shot by two people at his clinic in the city of Moga in July this year.

According to the police, Dr Kamboj sustained bullet injuries to his chest and arm. Moga SSP Ajay Gandhi said that the police are still trying to determine the motive for the crime.

Investigators state that the attackers fled on a motorcycle after carrying out the incident.

In a heartfelt social media message, actress Tania detailed the difficult and traumatic three months that followed her father’s attack.

She noted that she has encountered situations in life that she never would have imagined, including the intensive care unit, the operating room, and the waiting room.

She described how she stopped discussing scripts, lipstick colours, and cameras as her life shifted from studio lights to the intensive care unit. Rather, she was discussing blood units, TLC counts, intestinal bleeding, and a tracheostomy.

Tania wrote, ‘I appreciate your help.’
Tania stated that she is thankful to God (Parmatma), who gave her the duty of this battle and given her the courage and support to confront it, and that she loves life above all else.

“The journey is not yet over,” Tania said at the end of her piece. She expressed gratitude to everyone who supported her family throughout this trying period. Everyone has made a permanent home in her heart, she claimed. She hoped that this holiday season would bring light into everyone’s lives and wished them all health, love, and positivity.

Attackers Came into the Clinic as Patients
According to reports, two young people pretended to be patients when they entered Dr Anil Kamboj’s clinic in Kot Ise Khan on July 4. Following a brief exchange of words, they abruptly produced revolvers and began firing randomly. Both attackers escaped from Moga after firing about five rounds. Dr Kamboj’s therapy began as soon as he was taken to the hospital after suffering severe injuries.
