In Fazilka, a Bolero struck four two-wheelers in front of it after colliding with a fast-moving tractor. Four persons were hurt in the Sunday night collision on the Border Road, which occurred at around ten o’clock. For medical attention, the injured have been brought to the government hospital in Fazilka.
According to Bolero driver Samrat Batra, he and his companion were driving on Border Road towards Truck Union Chowk when a fast-moving tractor-trolley unexpectedly struck their vehicle from behind close to the Rajput Dharamshala.
Residents Catch a Tractor Driver
The Bolero lost control and collided with cars and pedestrians near a liquor store because of the force of the impact. Three or four two-wheelers were totally ruined as a result. One of the injured has been transported to another hospital and is reportedly in critical condition. The tractor driver was apprehended and turned over to the police by villagers who were on the site.
An inquiry is in progress, according to SHO Lekhraj of the City Police Station, who arrived at the scene after being notified. Four people were hurt in the crash and are receiving treatment, he said. He went on to say that anybody who is found guilty during the probe will face consequences.
