Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan Visits Oxford School.

‘The Oxford School of Education’ in Bhagta Bhai is a famous educational institution that is building a special reputation for itself in its region. This institution demands no introduction. Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan had assured the students that he would pay a special visit to this institution after they had previously visited the Vidhan Sabha (Assembly). Fulfilling his promise, the Speaker visited the institution.

He was greeted with a bouquet of flowers by the schoolchildren. Appreciating the kids, he stated that the actual flowers are the pupils, with whose efforts this institution, which is like a garden, is making enormous advances day by day.

Addressing the pupils, he noted that merely educational education is not enough; moral values are equally necessary, as they help us become decent citizens. He added that after meeting the Oxford students in the Vidhan Sabha, it was his heartfelt ambition to visit this university, which has been accomplished today.

He also applauded the school’s successes in academics and sports, as well as the amenities provided, such as contemporary, well-equipped labs, infrastructure, a library, and hot/cold AC facilities.

The school Principal, Roop Lal Bansal, thanked Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan for taking out his important time. S. Hardev Singh Brar, the former chairman of the school management committee; Hargurpreet Singh Gagan Brar, the chairman; Gurmeet Singh Gill, the president; Parmpal Singh “Sherry Dhillon,” the vice chairman; and Gurmeet Singh Sarpanch, the finance secretary, presented the speaker with a commemorative memento.
