3 Police Personnel Transferred in Chandigarh: DSP Takes Action Due to Suspicious Activities, Were Posted in Crime Branch and ANTF; Apprehension of Information Leak.

Abruptly, three police officers assigned to the Chandigarh Crime Branch and Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) were moved. One constable and two head constables are involved in this activity. Sources claim that this action was done in response to long-standing suspicious activity and intelligence inputs.

Ajay Kumar has been assigned to the Sector-26 Line, while Anil Kumar and Mangat have been moved to the IRB.

Constable’s Previous Role in Disputes
One of these constables has a history of involvement in disputes. He was previously charged with being connected to a female drug dealer. He was previously line-attached as a result. Ajay’s involvement was once more questioned after the Crime Branch detained the woman’s brother.

Raids were repeatedly unsuccessful. Because of Data Leaks
Sources claim that they would divulge information regarding impending Crime Branch actions against drug dealers in advance. Because the traffickers were repeatedly informed about raids, their activities were impacted, and they managed to flee.

The three police officers were under close observation for several months, according to officials, and the inquiry revealed suspicious activity against them. They were transferred right away because there was concern that they would cause a significant disruption in the future.
