ISI Reaching Punjab Jails: Infiltration Being Carried Out Through Gangsters Sitting Abroad; Revealed in Hand Grenade Case Found in Ludhiana.
Criminals incarcerated in various Punjabi jails are feeling the influence of the ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence). It is creating terrorist connections with convicts incarcerated for offenses like drug trafficking. The ISI is establishing its connections within the jails with the aid of gangsters who are seated overseas. This came to light following the discovery of the hand grenade case in Ludhiana.
This Pakistani terror module was recently discovered by the District Police. This hand grenade incident’s mastermind is in hiding in Pakistan. Ajay Malaysia, the primary goon, gained access to the Muktsar jail, which allowed the ISI to expand its influence. After that, it was decided to ship the hand grenades to Ludhiana.
Foreign-Based Criminals Receive a Red Corner Notice
According to Police Commissioner Swapan Sharma, a Red Corner Notice (RCN) has been issued against the accused who operate from overseas, including the main conspirators Ajay, alias Ajay Malaysia; Jass Behbal; and Pawandeep of Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) has been invoked against the accused. At the moment, they live together in Malaysia.
The ISI gave the gangster an explosive while he was incarcerated.

The inquiry also identified Ajay, also known as Ajay Malaysia, Jass Behbal, and Pawandeep, who are all from Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, as the international masterminds. Local facilitators Amrik Singh and Parminder, also known as Chiri, who were previously involved in narcotics smuggling for them, are in constant communication with them.
Vijay, the brother of Ajay (Malaysia), who was detained at Ganganagar Jail for a commercial quantity NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act case, was also detained on a production warrant for his role as a facilitator in this case, according to the CP. The investigation also uncovered the local network that helped supply the hand grenade in Punjab.
This news is connected to a recent ISI-backed terror module that was busted in Ludhiana, where a hand grenade was found, according to the context given by the search results. The inquiry revealed the connection between the local drug smuggling network in jails, the Malaysian masterminds (Ajay Malaysia, Jass Behbal, and Pawandeep, originally from Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan), and the handlers residing in Pakistan.
On October 27, the operation began.

Participated in the Grenade Conspiracy after first being involved in drug smuggling
According to CP Sharma, the inquiry showed that the Malaysian masterminds, Ajay, Jass, and Pawandeep, had previously utilized Amrik Singh and Parminder, also known as Chiri, for drug smuggling operations before involving them in the grenade plot.
Due to his involvement in the operation, Vijay, Ajay Malaysia’s brother, was also detained on a production warrant and is presently being held at Ganganagar Jail in connection with an NDPS case.
