Collision Between Car, ‘Jugaad’ Vehicle, and Motorcycle in Fazilka: Car Window Smashed in Accident, Ruckus on Road Over Compensation.
A ‘jugaad’ vehicle (motorcycle tram) struck a car from behind on the Border Road in Fazilka, causing chaos. The car sustained severe damage, and its back window was damaged, but no one was hurt in the collision.
The owner of the car pulled over the driver of the “jugaad” and demanded payment for the damages. People started congregating there as a result, creating a big commotion.
Advocate Ajay Verma described the incident, stating that his junior’s father was driving when a ‘jugaad’ vehicle (motorcycle tram) struck it at great speed on the Border Road close to Truck Union Chowk from behind. In addition to causing additional damage, this broke the rear glass of the vehicle. There was an unnecessary commotion when he was questioned about this.
He claims that the car is a “jugaad” in the first place and that it struck the car at a high speed, causing damage. People gathered at the scene, alleging that the automobile driver’s abrupt braking caused the rear-end collision with the “jugaad” vehicle. They claim that the driver of the “jugaad” car is impoverished and unable to make up for significant damage.
They advise the owner to fix the automobile themselves if it is insured. However, the driver of the vehicle has reported the incident to the police.
