Ludhiana Hand Grenade Case: Ajay Malaysia to be Brought to India: Preparations to Issue Lookout Notice Against Mastermind, Conspiracy to Cause Blast.
While examining two young males in Ludhiana seven days ago, the police discovered a hand grenade. Following the release of the photo of Ajay Malaysia, the mastermind behind the hand grenade, the police have begun to tighten their grip on the offender.
According to sources, the police are currently getting ready to issue a Look Out Notice (LOC) against Ajay Malaysia. At the moment, Ajay is hiding in Malaysia.
In order to identify Ajay Malaysia, the police have taken his brother, Vijay, from a Rajasthani jail on a production warrant. However, the authorities have not yet seen any link between Vijay and the hand grenade case. Following the release of an exclusive photo of Ajay Malaysia, the police have accelerated their investigation.
Ajay is not facing any criminal charges.
Official sources state that Ajay is not now the subject of a criminal case. His criminal history has been thoroughly investigated by the police. His Rajasthani home was also inspected by the police squad. It has been discovered that Ajay visited Malaysia in 2021–2022. He seldom ever communicates with his family.
Police are apprehending those responsible for the smuggling of hand grenades.
Sources claim that Ajay is employed in Malaysia as a security guard. He got caught up in the crime of smuggling hand grenades because of the allure of money. Only once he is transported to India will it become clear who he was giving the hand grenade to in Ludhiana at his request. Information regarding Ajay is now being gathered by police officers.
Kuldeep, Shekhar Singh, Ajay Kumar, Parvinder Singh, and Ramnik are on three days of police remand after being apprehended in the hand grenade case. The target was crowded areas.
The cops stopped Ajay’s plot to set off an explosion in Ludhiana. He targeted crowded areas. He intended to attack a location where thousands of people congregate for Chhath Puja. The police are looking into this from a variety of perspectives.
Wires Attached to Muktsar Prison
The police claim that after Ajay was unable to find someone to carry the grenade from Muktsar to Amritsar and then to Ludhiana, he enlisted the help of two prisoners incarcerated in Muktsar, Ramnik and Parvinder Singh, also known as Cheepi.
Kuldeep Singh and Shekhar Singh took the grenade and travelled to Ludhiana to deliver it at their request. On Sunday night, however, they were apprehended by the police while they were checking around Shivpuri Chowk. Kuldeep was hit by the grenade, but Shekhar was able to flee.
Kuldeep disclosed during interrogation that Ramnik and Parvinder had given him instructions to complete this task while he was incarcerated, and they had each been promised Rs 50,000. Ramnik and Parvinder were also taken into custody by the police after this.
According to a police official, the initial inquiry showed that there is a large-scale conspiracy including individuals at the international level. The planner, Ajay Malaysia, intended to carry out this act with the assistance of Punjabi gangsters while he was abroad. UAPA-Registered Case
The insider further disclosed that the prisoners housed at Muktsar Jail and Ajay Malaysia have ties to drug trafficking, suggesting a connection between terrorism financing and organised crime. The accused are the subject of a complaint filed by the Ludhiana police under the Explosives Act and UAPA. In accordance with Section 113 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), the Explosives Act, and the UAPA, the Ludhiana police have filed a case against the accused. Three or four individuals from various jails have so far had production warrants acquired by the police.
