Firing at Former Soldier’s House in Ludhiana, Gangster Says: ‘Criminals Sitting Abroad are Using My Name’; Police to Bring More Miscreants from Jails.
Renowned mobster Kaushal Chaudhary was arrested by the Ludhiana police on a production warrant from Gurugram. Now that he has been released, he will be going to jail. His involvement in the October 19 fire incident at a former serviceman’s home in Begoana hamlet, near the Sadar police station, is being looked into by the police. The authorities don’t seem to have any hard proof in this case yet.
Gangster Kaushal Chaudhary’s name appears on an extortion note left by the criminals on the motorbike who carried out the firing. This note requested a ransom of ₹5 crore. Police suspected Kaushal Chaudhary of being engaged in this event during the preliminary investigation.
The Case is Quite Clear to the Police After the Production Warrant Goons Fired Shots Outside the House.
The Name is Being Used by a Person Sitting Abroad
Kushal Choudhary was placed on remand for seven days by the police. Sources claim that Kushal stated that his name is being used by someone else and that he is not involved in this matter. While incarcerated, the person sitting overseas is also using his cell phone number. He himself is incarcerated in Chakki, a high-security facility.
Now, the cops are working hard to find the person who is sitting overseas. Other gangsters’ names surfaced during the interview, and the District Police Punjab will shortly bring them from various jails on a production warrant. Today, a CIA-1 squad went to apprehend a single gangster.

36 ka Aankda (Rivalry/Conflict) with Lawrence Kushal Choudhary has over 30 complaints filed against him at different police stations and is suspected of being involved in organised crime. He is well-known throughout North India for his numerous murder attempts, robberies, kidnappings, extortion (firoti), and other crimes. He is connected to the Punjabi gang Bambiha, which is well-known for killing a number of Lawrence’s colleagues.
Kushal assumed leadership of his group after mobster Davinder Bambiha was killed. In Punjab, Kushal has killed numerous Lawrence associates. As a result, Lawrence and Kushal have created a “36 ka Aankda” (a fierce rivalry). They both want to get rid of one another.
What exactly was the reason for the dismissal?
On the morning of Sunday, October 19, unidentified attackers fired randomly at the home of former Naib Subedar Nand Lal. The walls were struck by almost 15 rounds. The balcony’s glass was broken, and bullet holes appeared all over the walls. The attackers made the issue of extortion evident by leaving a letter in the area that mentioned the “Kushal Choudhary Group” and ₹5 crore.
Nand Lal reported to the police that two criminals on a motorbike fired bullets at him while he was at home at around three in the morning and then ran away in the direction of the Lohara Bridge. The message that the thugs threw was likewise torn up by his terrified relatives.
