People’s hair is standing on end after watching the CCTV footage of the incident. An innocent child was on the verge of being eaten by the open manhole, but the bravery of those surrounding saved the child from certain death.
What Occurred and Was Filmed
The CCTV tape unequivocally depicts a young child, dressed in black shorts and a yellow T-shirt, strolling forward while holding something in his hand while observing kids playing in the park. He had no idea that there was an open sewer manhole directly in front of him. The child immediately fell in when his foot touched the manhole’s edge.
