Davinder, also known as DC, is still at large from police custody in Jalandhar, Punjab. He is wanted in relation to the September 30 Dolatpuri gambling and looting case. He is on the run, according to police records, and they say they are always looking for him.

The honoured DSP remarked, “I didn’t know he was wanted.”

DSP Kulwant Singh claimed he was not aware the man was wanted when he was honoured by Davinder. He went on to say that he would have phoned the police from the relevant station and had him detained immediately if he had known.
