Sedition FIR on Khalistani terrorist: Pannu says he formed a group of martyrs to fight India and called Delhi-Haryana a part of Khalistan.


Under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a First Information Report (FIR) against Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, the leader of the Khalistani terrorist group Sikhs For Justice (SFJ). Pannu’s discussions with Pakistani journalists are relevant to this case.

He had incited Sikh soldiers and offered a bounty of 11 crore rupees to prevent Prime Minister Narendra Modi from raising the tricolour flag at the Red Fort. In addition, a map of Khalistan was displayed, showing Punjab, Delhi, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh as parts of the region.

Key details about the FIR against terrorist Pannu:
American-affiliated Lahore Press Club: On August 10, 2025, terrorist Pannu attended a “Meet the Press” event at the Lahore Press Club in Pakistan. He used video conferencing to communicate with Pakistani journalists in Washington, D.C., during this event. Here, he propagandised provocatively against India’s sovereignty. He questioned India’s sovereignty as well.

Terrorist Pannu threatened to reward any Sikh Indian Army soldier who prevented Prime Minister Modi from raising the tricolor flag at the Red Fort on August 15 with 11 crore rupees in order to stop him. In order to combat India, he also claimed to have organized a group of martyrs.

‘Delhi will become Khalistan’: referendum map released.During this press conference, terrorist Pannu released a new “Delhi will become Khalistan” referendum map of the SFJ. Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Punjab were also depicted on this map as being a part of the purported Khalistan.
