The Punjab Governor worships at Vishwakarma Temple: Praises the work of the trust in Phagwara; DC and SSP arrive to meet him.
Gulab Chand Kataria, the governor of Punjab, prayed at the Shiromani Shri Vishwakarma Temple in Phagwara today, Saturday. He met with committee members and temple authorities following the darshan (visit).
According to the governor, the temple has been offering medical care to the underprivileged for many years in accordance with the teachings of Lord Vishwakarma, the god of labour. He gave the trust’s health and social services high marks. The governor’s efforts in the region were recognised by the temple trust officials.
SSP Gaurav Tura and DC Amit Kumar Panchal greeted the governor during this programme. SDM Jashanjit Singh, SP Gurmeet Singh, and ADC Phagwara Dr Akshita Gupta were also in attendance on this particular occasion. This temple honours Lord Vishwakarma and is situated in Phagwara.
