Accused of molesting a minor girl, beaten: A bike rider stopped a student on her way to school in Ludhiana, caught after she screamed.
On Wednesday, a young man riding a bike was apprehended by locals in Ludhiana on suspicion of harassing a young girl and was subsequently assaulted. Additionally, the incident’s footage has surfaced. The tragedy occurred in the village of Akhaada, which is close to Jagraon. After hitting him, the teenager was turned over to the local police.
On her way to school, the girl was stopped by the biker, which led to the confrontation. People gathered as a result of the ruckus generated by other kids. The young man was encircled and beaten. This is a case of molestation, according to Surjit Singh, the in-charge of Sadar Police Station.
They explained that the young person who was implicated is receiving therapy for a mental illness. The authorities claim that the youth’s bike chain became trapped as the pupil was riding. As a result, the student thought the young person was harassing her. Police are looking into the situation after calling both parties to the station.
