After having to apologise to a truck driver for touching her car, she decided to pursue a career driving large vehicles. She subsequently took on the task of learning how to operate a truck and a bus, finishing her training in a mere thirty-five days.

She holds a Junior Basic Teacher (JBT) degree, a BA-B.Ed. degree, and a fashion design course, according to the article. She also taught for a year.
