She was allocated the Rajasthan cadre and went on to serve as the Collector of Bikaner and Ajmer. Changing things

Aarti started the “Banko Bikano” program as the Collector of Bikaner with the goal of advancing hygiene and sanitation in rural regions. The goal of this program was to discourage open defecation. 195 Gramme Panchayats participated in this initiative.
