Stray Dogs to Be Vaccinated and Released In Same Area: Supreme Court.

The Delhi-NCR ban on the discharge of stray dogs has been put on hold by the Supreme Court. The court further mandated that the dogs being freed be returned to the same location where they were taken up after being dewormed, vaccinated, etc. The case’s three-judge panel, which included Justices Vikram Nath, Sandeep Mehta, and NV Anjaria, declared that dogs that exhibit aggressive behavior or have rabies would be vaccinated.

“All similar matters shall be transferred to this court for a final national policy,” Justice Vikram Nath added. We have recommended a few changes following the most recent hearing.
