Youth Carrying Weapons Run After RPF Jawan.

Uproar at Jalandhar Railway Station: Youth Carrying Weapons Run After RPF Jawan After Being Asked for a Ticket; Police Post Attacked.

There was a significant commotion yesterday at the Jalandhar City railway station. Some Nihang youngsters were frequently getting on and off an AC coach of the Jammu Tawi Express (19225), which raised suspicions among the RPF jawans, who began interrogating them. The young people are accused of using violent and insulting words and starting a fight while being questioned. Information claims that the teenagers began arguing and used profanity when RPF In-charge Inspector Rajesh Kumar Rohilla requested them to present their tickets. Other RPF officers arrived as well, saw that things were getting out of control, and caught two of the young people before transporting them to the RPF post.

However, things didn’t stop there. A little while later, eight or ten young people with swords and other weapons in their hands, all dressed in turbans, ran in the direction of the RPF post. There was a rush as passengers became alarmed upon witnessing the armed youngsters running through the station.

Sharp weapons were used to attack an RPF post. The RPF post’s gate was repeatedly attacked by armed youngsters, who broke the glass, according to witnesses. The station has CCTV cameras installed, and they recorded the entire episode. After causing a disturbance for roughly ten minutes, every young person left the area. The GRP, Firozpur Division, and Railway Board were promptly notified of the situation. Investigations are being conducted into the matter. An increased effort has been made to identify the accused and examine the CCTV material. According to RPF In-charge Rajesh Kumar Rohilla, he was in the station on a round with the team. The disagreement began to halt questionable behaviour. “A young man who appeared suspicious was getting on and off the AC coach repeatedly after the train stopped,” Rajesh stated. He began using derogatory words when he was being questioned. The young person began throwing insults and getting into a fight when they were requested to display the ticket. The atmosphere worsened as the other partners arrived at the same time. According to officials, this event is severe because it is a blatant breach of safety regulations to carry weapons to a sensitive location like a train station. To find the criminals as soon as possible, GRP and RPF have begun a cooperative effort.
