A major Kisan Mahapanchayat is scheduled for August 10, 2025, at the Balana Grain Market in Israna, Panipat, to highlight key issues concerning farmers.
The main demands of the gathering include a legal guarantee for Minimum Support Price (MSP) for all crops (excluding sectors like dairy and poultry), and the withdrawal of what are described as false cases filed against farmers during earlier protests.
