Navjot Singh Sidhu is all set to return to the world of comedy as he rejoins Kapil Sharma’s show in its third season, titled “The Great Indian Kapil Show”, which will start streaming on Netflix from June 21 at 8 PM.
Sidhu, who was a regular face on Comedy Nights with Kapil and the earlier seasons of The Kapil Sharma Show, is making a much-anticipated comeback alongside Archana Puran Singh. Their iconic banter, laughter, and shayari had become a major part of the show’s charm over the years.
Netflix made the announcement on Monday with a fun video and captioned it:
“Ek kursi paaji ke liye please! Har Funnyvaar Badhega Humara Parivaar with the comeback of Navjot Singh Sidhu & Archana Puran Singh.”
In a heartfelt statement, Sidhu said:
“Coming to ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’ feels like coming home. It’s a home run for me. We heard our fans — they missed the laughter, the energy, and the joy. A smile doesn’t cost anything, but it’s priceless — and I’m honoured to be a part of this journey again.”
Kapil Sharma, equally thrilled, shared:
“We promised that our family would grow with every Funnyvaar! I’m so excited to welcome Sidhu paaji back, alongside Archana ji. This season, jokes and laughter have both tripled — so get ready for lots of fun!”
The upcoming season also features fan-favourite comedians Sunil Grover, Krushna Abhishek, and Kiku Sharda, promising a laughter-packed ride.
