Sea of Fans Pays Tribute to Sidhu Moosewala on 3rd Death Anniversary

Thousands of fans gathered in Moosa village today to honour the memory of beloved Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala on his third death anniversary. His parents, Balkaur Singh and Charan Kaur, held a Sehaj Path (prayer ceremony) to mark the occasion, joined by Moosewala’s younger brother and other family members at his cremation site.

The atmosphere was heavy with emotion as fans, friends, and artists came together to remember the singer whose music left a lasting impact.

Balkaur Singh, visibly emotional, said, “Only we know how we’ve lived through these three years. Your support has been our strength. Without it, we wouldn’t have made it this far in our fight for justice.”

He expressed deep frustration over the lack of progress in the case. “My son’s song was banned within a day, but gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s interview kept running on TV. The government is trying to silence those asking for justice. Even during the first barsi, they tried to stop the gathering by targeting Waris Punjab De leader Amritpal Singh.”

Charan Kaur shared a heartfelt message on social media, saying, “For three years, we’ve been speaking to your pictures. We’ve faced every hardship with a smile, just looking at your face. But even now, justice remains far. Still, we will not back down. We’ll keep raising our voice for you.”

Singer Jaswinder Brar, actor Dev Kharoud, and other public figures attended the tribute, showing their solidarity with the family and fans.

The event served as both a memorial and a strong call for justice — a reminder that Sidhu Moosewala may be gone, but he remains unforgettable in the hearts of millions.
