Ludhiana Woman Says: “Husband Threw Me From the Roof: I am lying here disabled; I don’t know when I will die; I want justice.”
A woman from Kanganwal in the Ludhiana district got into a fight with her in-laws. The woman claims that after being severely beaten, her in-laws tossed her from the roof of the house, seriously injuring her head and spine. The woman is admitted in serious condition to PGI Chandigarh’s intensive care unit.
The woman made a heartfelt plea on camera in the PGI ICU and made grave accusations that her in-laws had assaulted her and thrown her from the roof. “Today, I am lying here disabled; I myself do not know when I will die,” the woman stated in the video.
