Participating in the Himachal murder.
Vipin Kumar, the apprehended suspect, was one of the primary shooters in the killing of Rakesh Kumar, also known as Gaggi, in the village of Khwaja Basal, Una, Himachal Pradesh, according to preliminary findings. The continuing gang rivalry between foreign-based gangsters Babi Rana (of the Sonu Khatri gang) and Laddi Bhajal alias Kooner and Monu Gujjar (of the Ravi Balachauria gang) was the direct cause of this tragedy. The dead, Rakesh Kumar, commonly known as Gaggi, was linked to Babi Rana, a criminal living abroad who works closely with Sonu Khatri.
