Vicky Kaushal’s historical epic Chhaava is setting new box office records. On its 14th day in theatres, the film added an estimated ₹12 crore to its domestic total, which now stands at around ₹410 crore. The movie has already crossed ₹500 crore worldwide, making it Vicky’s biggest hit. Despite entering its third weekend, Chhaava continues to attract large audiences and is expected to remain at the top of the box office.
Chhaava vs. Animal: Box Office Battle
With its current domestic total, Chhaava is less than ₹100 crore away from surpassing Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal in lifetime Hindi earnings. Animal had a massive global run, earning over ₹900 crore. Fans are closely watching whether Chhaava will be able to break more records and move closer to Animal’s total collection.
Vicky and Ranbir’s Upcoming Film Together
Vicky Kaushal and Ranbir Kapoor are set to appear together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War, alongside Alia Bhatt. This film marks their first collaboration on screen. Vicky had previously worked with Alia in Raazi, but it was Uri: The Surgical Strike that became his biggest solo hit before Chhaava. The film is also close to surpassing Padmaavat’s global earnings, making it one of the biggest historical blockbusters in Bollywood.
