ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਪਨਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੰਭ ਲਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਤਹਿਤ ਮਹਾਰਾਜਾ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਆਰਮਡ ਫੋਰਸਿਜ਼ ਪ੍ਰੈਪਰੇਟਰੀ ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਟ (ਐਮਆਰਐਸਏਐਫਪੀਆਈ), ਐਸਏਐਸ ਨਗਰ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਮਨਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਡ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਬਣੇ ਅੱਠ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਕਾਰੀ ਅਚੀਵਰ ਐਵਾਰਡ ਨਾਲ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ।

ਅਚੀਵਰ ਅਵਾਰਡ ਸਮਾਰੋਹ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇਸ ਵੱਕਾਰੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ 2025 ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ‘ਚ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੱਠ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸੱਤ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਵੰਬਰ/ਦਸੰਬਰ 2025 ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਕੈਡਿਟ ਨੇ ਮਾਰਚ 2025 ਵਿੱਚ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਅਧੀਨ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੀ-ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਿੰਗ ਅਕੈਡਮੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਤਜਰਬੇ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਰੌਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਉਤਪਤੀ, ਹੁਨਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਮਨ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਨੇ ਅਚੀਵਰ ਐਵਾਰਡ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਅੱਠ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਫ਼ਲਤਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਭਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਚਮਕਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰੇਗੀ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵੱਕਰੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ, ਜੋ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ. ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਉੱਤਪਤੀ, ਹੁਨਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਮਨ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਸੈਨਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਢੁਕਵੇਂ ਮੌਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੂਰਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।

ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ 2011 ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਈ ਇਹ ਸੰਸਥਾ  ਰੱਖਿਆ ਬਲਾਂ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਫੀਡਰ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਇਸ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦੇ 278 ਕੈਡਿਟ ਐਨਡੀਏ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਅਕੈਡਮੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਚੁਣੇ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 186 ਨੇ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵੀ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਥੇ ਹੀ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦੇ 10 ਹੋਰ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਐਨਡੀਏ/ਹੋਰ ਅਕੈਡਮੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਜੁਆਇਨਿੰਗ ਲੈਟਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ 47 ਕੈਡਿਟ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਸਿਲੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਬੋਰਡ (ਐਸਐਸਬੀ) ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।

ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਨੇ ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਸਮਾਰਟ ਕਲਾਸਰੂਮ, ਔਨਲਾਈਨ ਲਰਨਿੰਗ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਡਿਜ਼ਿਟਲ ਲਾਇਬ੍ਰੇਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਧਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਯੋਗ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੈਲੀਮੇਡਿਸਿਨ ਅਤੇ AI-ਸਹਾਇਤ ਡਾਇਗਨੋਸਟਿਕ ਟੂਲਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੂਰ-ਦਰਾਜ਼ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਤੇਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਹਨ।

ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਬੋਰਡ ਬਰਨਾਲਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਗਰ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਭਦੌੜ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਠੋਸ ਕੂੜੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਾੜਨ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਨਗਰ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਭਦੌੜ ਵਿਖੇ ਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ।

ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸਾਹਿਬਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਜੂਨੀਅਰ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਰਾਜੇਸ਼ ਲੇਗਾ ਨੇ ਸਫਾਈ ਸੇਵਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਫੀਲਡ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਨੂੰ ਠੋਸ ਕੂੜੇ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਰਹਿੰਦ-ਖੂੰਹਦ ਨੂੰ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾੜਨ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨਦੇਹ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਸਿਹਤ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਠੋਸ ਕੂੜੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਗਿਆਨਕ, ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਸਹੀ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਪਟਾਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ।

ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਠੋਸ ਕੂੜੇ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਾਉਂਦਾ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਪਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਨਿਯੰਤਰਣ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ  ਅਨੁਸਾਰ 5,000/-  ਰੁਪਏ ਜ਼ੁਰਮਾਨਾ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਠੋਸ ਕੂੜੇ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸੁੱਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਗਿੱਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਖ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ‘ਤੇ ਵੀ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਫਾਈ ਸੇਵਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੇ ਠੋਸ ਰਹਿੰਦ-ਖੂੰਹਦ ਨੂੰ ਸਾੜਨ ਤੋਂ ਸਖ਼ਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਬਚਣ, ਸੁੱਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਗਿੱਲੇ ਰਹਿੰਦ-ਖੂੰਹਦ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਖ ਕਰਨਾ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪਣੇ ਵਾਰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਸਨੀਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਸਿਹਤਮੰਦ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਲਈ ਸਾਫ਼ ਅਤੇ ਟਿਕਾਊ ਰਹਿੰਦ-ਖੂੰਹਦ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ।

The minister announced the discovery of natural gas in the Sri Vijayapuram 2 well on the east coast of the Andaman Islands in a late-evening post on X. The well is located 9.20 nautical miles (17 km) from the shoreline, with a water depth of 295 meters and a target depth of 2,650 meters. Puri said, “An ocean of energy opportunities opens up in the Andaman Sea,” in the publication.

In a late-night post on X, the minister said that natural gas had been found in the Sri Vijayapuram 2 well on the east coast of the Andaman Islands. The well, which has a target depth of 2,650 meters and a water depth of 295 meters, is situated 9.20 nautical miles (17 km) from the coast. As stated in the magazine, “An ocean of energy opportunities opens up in the Andaman Sea,” Puri.

Initial production testing of the well in the 2212–2250 m area has proven the presence of natural gas with sporadic flaring. He disclosed that the gas samples were shipped to Kakinada, where they were analysed and found to contain 87% methane.

Establishing the existence of hydrocarbons in the Andaman basin is a significant step in validating the long-held notion that the Andaman basin is abundant in natural gas, “in line with discoveries in the entire area from Myanmar in North to Indonesia in South in this belt,” the minister stated in the post, sounding optimistic. In the upcoming months, the extent of the gas pool and the discovery’s commercial potential will be confirmed, he continued.

In conjunction with the event, PM Modi put into service over 97,500 mobile 4G towers constructed by BSNL, including 92,600 locations that use the new 4G technology. With the towers, which were built at an estimated cost of Rs 37,000 crore, using only domestic technology, India is now one of the few countries with the capacity to manufacture telecoms domestically.

The “Mountain Man,” Dashrath Manjhi (1934–2007), was a poor laborer from the Gehlaur hamlet in Bihar, India. When his wife, Falguni Devi, suffered severe injuries while traversing a rough mountain crest in 1959, his life took a sad turn. Since the closest medical facility was 55 to 70 kilometers away, necessitating a protracted and challenging travel around the mountain, she was unable to be transported to a hospital in a nearby town in time, which is why she died.

Employees in Chandigarh might now lose if they arrive late for work. According to directives from the Chandigarh government, an employee’s pay will be withheld if their attendance is not tracked in the biometric system. The employees’ worried expressions are evident after this directive.

To determine how many employees are connected to the biometric system and how many are not, the administration has requested a list of every employee. Soon, employees who are not already connected to this system will be added as well. In order to generate the compensation bill on time, the directive further stipulates that the biometric attendance report of employees must be given each month prior to the deadline.

Employees that arrive late for work in the morning and leave the office early in the evening may find this order problematic. An employee’s biometric entrance will now show the time they entered the office and the time they left. They used to get paid in full, but now any employee who does not do their job well will have money taken out of their pay cheque.

The commissioner has already implemented it.

Additionally, the Chandigarh Municipal Corporation’s employees would only be paid based on their biometric attendance (fingerprint). Amit Kumar, the Corporation Commissioner, has said unequivocally that anybody whose attendance is not recorded in the biometric system will not receive compensation. According to the commissioner, this decision was made to prevent phoney attendance and to improve the system’s integrity and openness. There will be no exceptions for employees who disregard this guideline.
