Unknown youths burnt a tea stall near the Abohar cremation site on Fazilka Road last night for questionable reasons. The entire stall was reduced to ashes by fire. After seeing the occurrence, the woman who worked at the stall to earn a living started crying hysterically. Today, Wednesday, a young man’s body was discovered in an Abohar canal. The body was discovered in a canal close to Dhani Vishnoornath, around 4 kilometres from Abohar city. Because the body was so deteriorated and nude, it was impossible to identify.

The body has been held in the hospital mortuary by the police with assistance from the Nir Seva Narayan Seva Samiti.
